At Kowtow, we are committed to providing high-quality, circular clothing and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order isn't quite right, you can return full-priced items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original condition, including all tags and sustainable packaging, ensuring the garment is unworn and unwashed.

  Label and Post

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return to ensure it meets our quality standards, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5 business days.
